AISPL has a strong track record in designing websites using WordPress, Joomla and Drupal open source platforms, as well as in developing customized content management systems for web applications based on client requirements. Given AISPL’s primary focus on providing IT solutions in developing country contexts with varying levels of Internet connectivity, all websites designed by CSF for use in the developing world have been constructed with a low-bandwidth situation in mind, adopting design principles such as smaller page sizes, reduced and optimized images, usage of CSS and easy navigation.

Universal Health Coverage Partnership

Introduction: – The website is a comprehensive web portal for EU/LUX-WHO Universal Health Coverage Partnership. It serves as visually engaging information repository on health planning and policy, engaging reports, articles, and user-friendly country profiles easily sharable for advocacy purposes. An interactive map and profiles contains data on key partnership indicators. The website is a one-stop shop for managers, donors, partners and users to find relevant information on the work performed by countries, WHO, EU, Luxembourg and other partners. Country focal points have access to the admin section, thus allowing them to manage their own contents. Super admin users review all content and decide what will be published in the front-end.

UN Commission on Life-Saving Commodities

Introduction: – The website is for the UN Commission on Life-Saving Commodities for Women’s and Children’s Health. It’s part of the Every Woman Every Child movement to increase access and use of essential medicines, medical services and health supplies that effectively address causes of death during pregnancy, childbirth and into childhood.

A number of working groups are carrying forward the work of the Commission, implementing its recommendations and coming up with knowledge tools. The Strategy and Coordination Team (SCT) is gathering country and regional data on the 13 essential commodities. Our website hosts these knowledge tools and makes them available to decision makers, practitioners and influencers involved in the RMNCH field.

- Vast collection of knowledge library documents browsed by categories and advanced search options. Admin can create the taxonomy and upload documents in pdf, doc, xls and image format.
- Country level information can be accessed using an interactive map.
- Admin can add latest stories and articles which are then published on the home page.

Annual Review of Global Peace Operations

Introduction: – The website is an interactive platform to publish current and archived editions of the Annual Review of Global Peace Operations. As the online version of the Annual Review it will include key findings browsable by country, region and theme, an interactive timeline of events, and a global map visualizing data collected on all operations.

A user-friendly and robust CMS will enable consultants, focal points from partner institutions and CIC staff to input data that will be reflected in real-time on the site.
Key Features: –
- Interactive global map, with combination of dropdown menus to access multiple indicators on the map.
- Recent publications, videos and featured articles automatically showcased on the home page.
- Newsletter subscription in the front-end, with control in the admin to send regular template based emails to subscribed users.
- Admin can create dynamic charts in line, bar, column, pie and map format to be displayed in ‘Data and Trends’ section. These charts can be downloaded in PDF format.
- Interactive timeline of key events.
- User can browse Strategic Summary booklets and other types of document in the Library section.
- Country and regional profiles are managed from the admin and users can download profiles in PDF format from the front-end.
My M&E

Introduction: – My M&E is an interactive platform to share knowledge on country-led M&E systems worldwide. In addition to being a learning source, My M&E facilitates the strengthening of a global community, while identifying good practices and lessons learned about monitoring and evaluation in general and country-led M&E systems in particular.

My M&E is a collaborative website whose content can be modified continuously by users. To develop and strengthen a global community on country-led M&E systems, registered users have the facility to complete their own social profile and exchange experiences and knowledge through blogs, discussion forums, as well as to upload documents, webinars and videos.
Key Features: –
- Extensive taxonomy to manage many types of contents like blog, forums, articles, videos etc.
- E-Learning section, where users register for courses and then attended online video lessons over a period of time. Their activities are tracked and on successfully completion they are awarded a certificate.
- The E-Learning courses are offered in multiple languages like Russian, Spanish and Arabic.
- Admin has a detailed reporting section to track number of students, their progress, test scores and feedback.
AfrEA

Introduction: – AfrEA was established as an umbrella association for national evaluation associations and networks, and as a resource for evaluators in countries without such networks. Like other evaluation associations around the world, membership is not exclusive. Its constituency consists of national associations and networks that include professional evaluators but also policy makers, government officials, development practitioners, academics and researchers.

The organization website provides members and non-‐members with online information sources, links, and announcements of evaluation conferences, monitoring and evaluation resources and information about national associations.
Key Features: –
- Complex membership system for paid users. Paid members have access to certain content which a free member cannot access.
- Online payment gateway to purchase membership for a limited time period, after which the membership automatically expires and members are prompted to renew their membership.
- Details of all the conferences, activities and events are available in a user friendly format.
- Members can participate in discussion forums, comment on events and upload contents and documents. These are reviewed by the admin and then published to the front-end.
