Avalon along with Community Systems Foundation is supporting the Planning Commission in Bangladesh through two phases of work. In the first phase, Avalon has designed a portal and document management system to support the government in uploading documents relevant to their goals and objectives. Similarly, the platform is being used to disseminate data related to the recent SiTan and the MPI (Multidimensional Poverty Index).
In the second phase of work, Avalon helped to develop a database with indicators coming from reports related to United Nations priorities from agencies like UNICEF. This data was then disseminated through an evidence-based dashboard and profiles.
