In collaboration with ARNEC, CSF developed a knowledge portal that establishes a strong network of partnerships across sectors and different disciplines, organizations, agencies and institutions in the Asia-Pacific region to advance the agenda on and investment in Early Childhood Development (ECD). The portal provides common practices on responsive caregiving and playful parenting for ECD professionals from diverse sectors and professions. The portal allows ARNEC to share knowledge and advocacies for children's rights and inclusive and holistic ECD.
